BSA Motorcycles For Sale
BSA or Birmingham Small Arms, began making bicycles way back in the late 1800s which eventually became motorized bicycles and then finally, a real motorcycle, a 499cc side valve, in 1910. BSA grew tremendously and was, for a while, the largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world. BSA made a number of very famous models including the 500cc Gold Star single and many vertical twins like the BSA Lightning.
In the 1960s, competition increased, and despite models such as the 3 cylinder BSA Rocket 3, by 1970 their days were numbered and after several mergers and buyouts, they finally ceased production in 1973. BSA motorcycles continue to be coveted by many British motorcycle collectors and aficionados. Scan these BSA listings and click on any one for complete details and larger photos.
